Benefits of a VA - they are so numerous but let me name a few:

The perfect commitment - I only pay for the services that are actually used. I don't pay a desk fee for an assistant, I don't provide office space, internet, etc. The arrangement of paying for hourly VA services is absolutely a win-win situation.

Workflow - my VA is working for me behind the scenes while I'm doing what I do best which is direct meetings with clients to service and generate business.

Variety of services - my VA handles a wide variety of services from managing my social media, helping with technology, transaction management to input of new listings in my local MLS and across the board on my website and various other media. It would normally take me a full day of desk work to get a new listing up and going. Now, I continue with my day while my VA handles this task.

I have a strong passion for real estate allowing me to understand the time and details that go into the everyday life of a realtor. My knowledge of internet technology and real estate marketing has allowed me to ease into being a virtual real estate assistant.
